WARS AND RUMOURS OF WAR Jesus said that just before He appears the second time (Mt. 24:3), the people shall "hear of wars and rumours of wars" (Mt. 24:6). And since He is to appear at the end of the world, then it is in the "time of the end" (Dan. 12:4)--the latter days that the people will not only hear rumours of wars, but they will also see them. And what comes to our minds, but World War I and World War II; but these are past wars. This means that just before Jesus' second advent, the people must hear rumours of a war; and today there is a rumour of war in Jeusalem between the Jews and the Arabs, because of a land dispute between the people of Palestine and the Jews' New State of Israel. And this rumour is fueled by Saddam Hussein, the dictator of Iraq, who is building biological weapons of mass destruction, including the atomic bomb, for only one purpose--to drive the Jews in Jerusalem out of the Promised Land. One day soon that rumour will become "a gigantic war" (14 Tr. 22:2) in Jerusalem involving all nations, as the Zechariah prophesied: A RUMOUR BECOMES A WAR IN JERUSALEM "Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, and thy spoil {of Jerusalem} shall be divided in the midst of thee."--Zechariah 14:1 (bold emphasis, braces added). It is the spoil of Jerusalem {taken from the Jews who lose the war}, then, that shall be divided in the midst of her."--1 Timely Greetings, No. 19, pg. 3:3. "The first event predicted is a war against Jerusalem, in which all nations {Jews and their allies and the Arabs and their allies} participate."--1 Timely Greetings, No. 20, pg. 11:2 (bold emphasis, braces added). "For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken {Jews and their allies lose the war}, and the houses rifled, and the {Jewish} women ravished {raped}; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city."--Zecharaih 14:2 (bold emphasis, braces added). "In that battle {in Jerusalem} the nations {Arab heathens and their allies} will defeat the rulers {Protestant Nations who are trying to defend the Jews} of the Promised Land."--1 Timely Greetings, No. 19, pg. 3:5 (bold emphasis, braces added). "As the warring nations {Arab heathens and others with them} besiege the city {of Jerusalem and win the war against the Jews}, and rifle the houses, also ravish {rape} the {Jewish} women, they are by no means righteous {Protestant} nations,..."--1 Timely Greetings, No. 19, pg. 4:1 (boldings, braces added). WHEN HAS THERE EVER BEEN A WAR IN JERUSALEM INVOLVING ALL NATIONS? You readers may be asking yourselves this question: "How can we know that Zechariah's prophecy refers to the latter days, when there have been so many wars in the city of Jerusalem?" Answer your own question by asking yourself this question: "When has there ever been a war in Jerusalem which involved all the nations?" The the only answer you can give is "Never." Don't forget that Zechariah prophesied in the "second year of Darius"--the ruler of Persia, whose kingdom {not all nations} had conquered Babylon--the kingdom {not all nations} that conquered Jerusalem. It was Darius, king of Persia who set Daniel as his first president over all other leaders (Dan. 6:1,2). And it was Zechariah who prophesied to encourage the Jews to rebuild Jerusalem. And after it was finished (Ezra 6:15) "in the sixth year of the reign of Darius the king" (Ezra 6:15), Jerusalem stayed in captivity under Persia, then under Grecia who conquered Persia, and under Rome who conquered Grecia. And when the Jews rejected Jesus their Messiah, then Jerusalem was destroyed in a war by Titus the Roman general in A.D. 70, but not by all nations. Then during the time of the New Testament Christian era, the crusaders (not all nations) conquered Jerusalem in 1099. Later, it was Turkey (not all the nations) that conquered Jerusalem until 1699, then it began to lose its power. And when England became the leading power of the world she (not all the nations) gained control of Jerusalem by 1923. But after World War II England was weakened (2 T.G. 42:27:0,1) and America became the leading power of the world; and she (not all the nations) gained control of Jerusalem and put the Jews there. Today, their New Stsate of Israel only exists because America sustains them by millions of dollars every year and weapons technology to defend themselves against the Arabs. These facts prove that there has never been a time when all nations were involved in a war in Jerusalem. Therefore, it is today, in the latter days that "all nations" will besiege Jerusalem, when "the greatest of all wars is to be fought about the holy land" (2 T.G. 41:18:0). But how can "all nations" (Zech. 14:2) be involved in that war?--by modern-day communications! "Modern inventions, especially in the realm of travel and of communication {telephone, fax, telegraph, radar, sonar, satellites, the internet, etc.}, are recognized as the fulfillment of the predicted increase of knowledge. The present increase of knowledge, therefore, shows that we are now living in the time of the end {Dan. 12:4}."--12 Tract, pg. 83:3,4 (bold emphasis, braces added). And here is how "all nations" can be involved in that war: The two little brothers, Jews and Arabs, will begin the war if Saddam Hussein attacks the Jews with his weapons of mass destruction. This will bring into the war the United States and their allies (Protestant Nations) to defend the Jews. And, of course, Russia and her allies will be involved in the war to defend the Arabs. And though all the other nations who take one side or the other may not actually have troops there to fight, they can still aid them by giving them information, money, and weapons. And all of this can be done by modern-day communications and transportation, so that "all nations" will be involved in the soon-coming war in Jerusalem. [If you want to know more about that war in Jerusalem, then click on that study at the end.] And America, of course, will also be a part of "all nations" involved in that gigantic war; in which many men in the Seventh-day Adventist church will participate and be killed! But why? Sis. E.G. White, the prophetess of the Seventh-day Adventist church explains: ISAIAH 3 APPLIES TO WOMEN E.G. WHITE--"The prophecy of Isaiah 3 was presented before me {Sis. E.G. White--prophetess of the Seventh-day Adventist church} as applying to these last days, and the reproofs are given to the daughters of Zion {Seventh-day Adventist women} who have thought only of appearance and display. Read verse 25: 'Thy men {sons and husbands} shall fall by the sword {be killed}, and thy mighty in the war {in Jerusalem}.' I was shown that this scripture will be strictly fulfilled {upon Seventh-day Adventist men}."--1 Testimonies, pg. 270:1 (bold emphasis, braces added). The reason why the "prophecy of Isaiah 3" (16-26) has a modern-day application to the women in the Seventh-day Adventist church, is because that is one of their principle doctrines of faith--dress reform; which means they are not to dress like the people of the world. Paul the apostle said that Christian women are to "come out from among them, and be ye separate" (2 Cor. 6:17)--do not dress as they do. And their prophetess, Sis. E.G. White, rebukes these hypocritical women: E.G. WHITE--"We see the world absorbed in their own amusements. The first and highest thoughts of the larger portion, especially of women, are of display. Love of dress and pleasure is wrecking the happiness of thousands. And some of those {women in the Seventh-day Adventist church} who profess to love and keep the commandments of God ape this class as near as they possibly can and retain the Christian name....Self-denial in dress is a part of our Christian duty. To dress plainly, abstaining from display of jewelry and ornaments of every kind, is in keeping with our {Seventh-day Adventist} faith."--3 Testimonies, pg. 366:1 (bold emphasis, braces added). ISAIAH--"Moreover the Lord saith, Because the daughters of Zion {women of the Seventh-day Adventist church who violate dress reform} are haughty, and walk with stretched forth necks and wanton eyes, walking and mincing as they go, and making a tinkling with their feet."--Isaiah 3:16 (bold emphasis, braces added). Isaiah rebuked these hypocritical women, and so did their prophetess, Sis. E.G. White, who predicted in 1890 that Elijah the prophet would come to the Seventh-day Adventist church: E.G. WHITE--"Prophecy must be fulfilled. The Lord says: 'Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord' {Mal. 4:5}. Somebody is to come {future tense--sometime after 1890} in the spirit and power of Elijah, and when he (a male person--Mal. 4:6} appears, men may say: 'You are too earnest, you do not interpret the Scriptures in the proper way. Let me tell you how to teach your message'."--Testimonies to Ministers, pg. 475:3 (bold emphasis, braces added). Since Sis. White began her ministry in 1844 and wrote in 1890 that Elijah "is to come" in the future, then she could not have been that Elijah. The Lord proved this when He said: "And Deborah, a prophetess, the wife of Lapidoth, she judged Israel as that time." (Judges 4:4). Did you notice that God's Word did not say that Deborah was a "prophet," a "husband" and a "he"? Why? because the Lord always refers to a male person as a "he" and a "prophet;" whereas He always refers to a female person (such as Deborah) as a "she" and a "prophetess"! And that is the reason why Malachi said that "Elijah the prophet" (Mal. 4:5) is to be a male person "he" (Mal. 4:6), as the first Elijah--John the baptist was a "he" (Mt. 3:1-3). This irrefutable fact proves, then, that Sis. White was not referring to herself as Elijah, but to a "somebody" who "is to come" after her day. [If you want to know more about this Elijah, then click on that study at the end.] And when he appeared in 1929, he also rebuked these hypocritical women: ELIJAH--"In this particular verse, therefore, God is especially addressing the daughters {the women} of the highest officials in the {Seventh-day Adventist} Denomination, the ministry, those that are at the head of the work. Accordingly, He is about to do something because the daughters of Zion are 'haughty,' proud. Their pride is made manifest in the fact that they walk with stretched forth necks and wanton eyes; they are unrestrained, licentious, vain. Then, too, while walking, they mince and tinkle with their feet,--they do not walk naturally, they perform as it were, to attract public attention. As God sees them they are on the streets, not to get where they have started for, not to get their work done, but they are there to be seen. This is the way God sees the state of affairs that exists among the daughters {the women} of Zion. He sees them as ringleaders in licentiousness in the {Seventh-day Adventist} church."--1 Timely Greetings, No. 6, pg. 26:4 (bold emphasis, braces added). ISAIAH--"Therefore the Lord will smite with a scab the crown of the head of the daughters {women} of Zion {in the Seventh-day Adventist church}, and the Lord will discover their secret parts {margin says make naked}"--Isaiah 3:17 (bold emphasis, braces added). ELIJAH--"'The Lord will discover their secret parts' if they {women in the Seventh-day Adventist church} do not now repent. They are proudly misusing their heads and their necks, their wrists and their feet. They are proud to make a display of their wares. For this reason the Lord will put on display those parts which they do not wish to have exposed. He will make them naked. He will make a public example of them."--1 Timely Greetings, No. 6, pg. 27:4 (bold emphasis, braces added). ISAIAH--"In that day {latter days} the Lord will take away {from the women in the Seventh-day Adventist church} the bravery of their tinkling ornaments about their feet, and their cauls, and their round tires like the moon, the chains, and the bracelets, and the mufflers, the bonnets, and the ornaments of the legs, and the headbands, and the tablets, and the earrings, the rings, and nose jewels, the changeable suits of apparel, and the mantles, and the wimples, and the crisping pins, the glasses, and the fine linen, and the hoods, and the vails."--Isaiah 3:18-23 (bold emphasis, braces added). E.G. WHITE--"Some have had a burden in regard to the wearing of a marriage ring, feeling that the wives of our ministers should conform to this custom. All this is unnecessary....We need not read the sign {wedding ring}, for we are not untrue to our marriage vow, and that wearing of the ring would be no evidence that we are true."--Testimonies to Ministers, pgs. 180, 181 (bold emphasis, braces added). ELIJAH--"'In that day' {latter days}, the day in which these conditions prevail among God's professed people, He will take away {from the women} their bravery, take away the boldness with which they make fools of themselves. He will remove the wicked ornaments of their feet, legs, and necks. These daughters {women} of Zion, right at the head of the work, are challenging the Lord, and misleading His people at the expense of His Truth, of His vineyard, and of the sweat of the poor....To so extremely follow the fashions of the world {in dress} is perfectly proper for unbelievers, but it is certainly all wrong for those {women in the Seventh-day Adventist church} whose religious profession condemns their practice."--1 Timely Greetings, No. 6, pg. 28:1 (bold emphasis, braces added). ELIJAH--"Do you suppose that we {Seventh-day Adventists} can convert the heathen to Christ's high and exalted way of living when we {hypocritical women} dress no better than they, especially when they know that our dress is not in harmony with our own profession? So far, it looks as though the heathen are heathenizing the {Seventh-day Adventist} church, rather than the church Christianizing them."--1 Timely Greetings, No. 6, pg. 29:2 (bold emphasis, braces added). ELIJAH--"Not many years ago if one of the daughters {women} of Zion {Seventh-day Adventist church} should have appeared on the streets attired in the kind of dress they wear today she would have been rushed into jail. But if one of them in a dress of that day should appear on the streets of today, no one would bother her. What does that mean to you? Does it not mean that the dress of today is indecent? that the world's fashions are growing worse?"--1 Timely Greetings, No. 6, pg. 30:1 (boldings, braces added). ISAIAH--"And it shall come to pass {to the women in the Seventh-day Adventist church}, that instead of sweet smell there shall be stink; and instead of a girdle a rent; and instead of well set hair baldness; and instead of a stomacher a girding of sackcloth; and burning instead of beauty."--Isaiah 3:24 (bold emphasis, braces added). ELIJAH--"Dress properly {hypocritical women in the Seventh-day Adventist church} and you will find not only that wicked men will not hang after you, but neither will the Lord's curses fall upon you."--1 Timely Greetings, No. 6, pg. 31:2 (bold emphasis, braces added). SDA WOMEN (MOTHERS, WIVES) CAUSE THEIR MEN (SONS, HUSBANDS) TO DIE IN THE WAR ISAIAH--"Thy men shall fall by the sword, and thy mighty {shall die} in the war."--Isaiah 3:25 (bold emphasis, braces added). ELIJAH--"If the daughters {women} of Zion {mothers and wives} fail to reform, then their men {sons and husbands} shall fall by the sword {die in the war}. Do you want me to tell you why their men will fall by the sword?--Because no sincere Christian boy in his right senses, will ever as much as consider marrying a {Seventh-day Adventist} girl that dresses as a hyp-ocrite dresses. And so if such a worldly-minded girl is ever to get married, what kind of man will she get?--Not an informed Christian in present Truth, I am sure. She will get the kind of {unconverted} man that does not have God's protection over him, the kind that is to fall {die} in the war, the war {in Jerusalem between Jews and Arabs} that is fought while God's people {the saints who dress properly} are being delivered. (Re-read Tract No. 14.) {pg. 22}."--1 Timely Greetings, No. 6, pg. 31:4 (bold emphasis, braces added). Amazing isn't it? God predicted long ago through his prophet Isaiah that most women in the Seventh-day Adventist church would dress as hypocrites; and that those men who that married such hypocrites would die in the next war in Jerusalem. That proves that both the women (mothers and wives) and their men (sons or husbands) are not saints but hypocrites! But how did they get into God's Seventh-day Adventist church in the first place? HOW THE HYPOCRITICAL WOMEN GOT INTO THE SDA CHURCH Surely, their ministers would not let such hypocrites become members of the church, would they? Yes they do, because Jesus said: "But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way." (Mt. 13:25). So that is what these women and their men are--tares. And they got into the Seventh-day Adventist church because the ministers "slept! "Sleeping ministers preaching to a sleeping people!" (2 Test. 337:2). Their prophetess, Sis. E.G. White, tells how these sleeping preachers let these hypocritical "tares" into the church: E.G. WHITE--"The test of discipleship is not brought to bear as closely as it should be upon those who present themselves for baptism {by the ministers}. It should be understood whether those who profess to be converted are simply taking the name of Seventh-day Adventists, or whether they are taking their stand on the Lord's side to come out from the world and be separate and touch not the unclean thing {do not dress like hypocrites}. When they give evidence that they fully understand their position, they are to be accepted. But when they show that they are following the customs and fashions and sentiments of the world {in dress}, they are to be faithfully dealt with. If they feel no burden to change their course of action {and dress as a Christian}, they should not be retained as members of the church. The Lord wants those who compose His church to be true, faithful stewards of the grace of Christ."--Testimonies to Ministers, pg. 128:1 (bold emphasis, braces added). These hypocritical men and women are "tares" who were sown into the church by the devil: E.G. WHITE--"The tares represent a class {of Seventh-day Adventists} who are the fruit or embodiment of error, of false principles. 'The enemy that sowed them is the devil.' Neither God nor His angels ever sowed a seed that would produce a tare. The tares are always sown by Satan, the enemy of God and man."--Christ's Object Lessons, pg. 71:0 (bold emphasis, braces added). The tares were sown into God's church by the devil (Mt. 13:25:38) through his "sleeping preachers" (2 Test. 337:2) who baptize hypocritical men and women and give them membership in the Seventh-day Adventist church. But their profession is false; they are the "fruit or embodiment of error." They are not converted Christians who are "on the Lord's side" (T.M. 128:1); because their dress is patterned after the "customs and fashions of the world" (T.M. 128:1). HYPOCRITICAL SDA WOMEN DRESS LIKE WOMEN OF THE WORLD Isaiah says that these hypocritical women dress like the world; and this is the way they dress today (more or less) in the Seventh-day Adventist church: 1. Short skirt length. 2. Low neck lines. 3. Expose their underarms and elbows. 4. Wear make-up on their face. 5. Wear jewelry. 6. Wear fancy or expensive clothes. 7. Dress in any manner that is not Christian. It is these type of women that attract men who are also unconverted and profess to be Seventh-day Adventists, but are not Christians. And this is the kind of women they choose to marry, which clearly indicates that they do not serve God, because they are "tares" who are the "fruit or embodiment of error." Therefore, these hypocritical women (mothers and wives) and their sons and husbands do not serve God; and Elijah rebukes them (maybe they will repent.) ELIJAH--"Moreover, if you sisters {Seventh-day Adventist women} do not dress in harmony with the Lord's will, in harmony with His advanced Truth, even the world, if it knows anything of your profession, will not think much of you. They are looking for hypocrites anyway, and if you are not faithful to your religion, you will in their eyes appear to be the best of hypocrites."--1 Timely Greetings, No. 6, pgs. 30, 31 (bold emphasis, braces added). If they do not repent, then one day soon when the war in Jerusalem begins and "all nations" are involved, their men will be called to fight in that battle; and their women (mothers and wives), along with their "sleeping preachers," will pray their tearful pleas for God's protection, but He will not hear. And that, of course, is the reason why Isaiah said about the husbands and sons of these women: "Thy men shall fall by the sword, and thy mighty {shall die} in the war." (Isa. 3:25); and also the reason why their prophetess, Sis. E.G. White, said that "this scripture {Isa. 3:25} will be strictly fulfilled {upon Seventh-day Adventist men}" (1 Test. 270:1) ISAIAH--"And her gates {ministers} shall lament and mourn; and she being desolate shall sit upon the ground."--Isaiah 3:26 (bold emphasis, braces added). ELIJAH--"The very thing that sifts out the unconverted, because the standard of her profession is cast to the winds, her gates {ministers} of gathering places {SDA churches}, shall lament and mourn. Desolate shall sit on the ground, not on a throne. Why suffer such a loss?"--1 Timely Greetings, No. 6, pg. 32:2 (bold emphasis, braces added). Literal "gates" cannot "lament and mourn;" therefore, they symbolize the ministers who are the "sleeping preachers"--the gates through which the members get into the church. They are the ones who baptize these hypocritical women (mothers and wives) and their men (sons and husbands) into the Seventh-day Adventist churches--their "gathering places." And they will howl, cry, lament, and mourn over the death of their men (sons and husbands)! TRUE SDA WOMEN DRESS AS CHRISTIANS But not all the women (mothers and wives) in the Seventh-day Adventist church are hypocrites and "tares;" some are Christians who do not dress like the world. If these women attend the Seventh-day Adventist schools and colleges and dress as Christians, they are avoided by most of the men. But the Christian men seek them out, because they can see that these women are not hypocrites, for God is with them. And when the time of trouble begins during the gigantic war in Jerusalem, they and their men (sons and husbands) will be delivered (Dan. 12:1). They are Seventh-day Adventists--Laodiceans (Rev. 3:14), who found the "eyesalve" (Rev. 3:18) of truth, brought by the prophet Elijah. He is the one whom their prophetess, Sis. E.G. White, said was to come to the Seventh-day Adventist church with a message, which would seal the 144,000 and those saved "with" them. And when the church members look at the way these godly women dress, they will be respected by some and despised by others. ELIJAH--"Of course people {inside and outside the church} will look at you {godly women}, but they will not regard you as an evildoer, or as a vain or a lude person, but rather as a respectable Christian. If they hate you, it will be because your behaviour is making them ashamed. And, moreover, how else will you win them to your religion which they must have to be saved, unless you rightly represent it {by dressing as a true Christian should}?"--1 Timely Greetings, No. 6, pg. 32:3 (bold emphasis, braces added). ELIJAH--"When I {Bro. V.T. Houteff} go out with my wife, people that have never seen me before, that have no idea who I may be, with but very little hesitancy call me 'Reverend' because they take her to be a preacher's wife. That shows what the people of the world think when they see properly well-dressed women. Better to have them think that you are a preacher's wife or daughter, than to have them guessing what you could possibly be."--1 Timely Greetings, No. 6, pg. 32:4 (bold emphasis, braces added). REST OF HYPOCRITICAL WOMEN AND THEIR MEN DIE IN THE SLAUGHTER God not only punishes the men of these women when they die in the war in Jerusalem, but He will also punish all the rest of the hypocrites in the Seventh-day Adventist church by the slaughter of Ezekiel 9. They have been warned by their prophetess, Sis. E.G. White, about this slaughter when she said to "Read the ninth chapter of Ezekiel." (3 Test. 267:1). E.G. WHITE--"And the Lord said unto him {the angel}, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men {144,000 saints} that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof {Seventh-day Adventist church}. And to the others {angels} He said in mine hearing, Go ye after him through the city, and smite: let not your eye spare, neither have ye pity: Slay utterly old and young, both maids and little children, and women: but come not near any man {saint} upon whom is the mark; and begin at My sanctuary {Seventh-day Adventist church}. Then they began at the ancient men {ministers} which were before the house. And He said unto them, Defile the house {church}, and fill the courts with the slain: go ye forth. And they went forth and slew in the city."--Ezekiel 9:4-7 (bold emphasis, braces added). Sis. E.G. White, their prophetess, said that those whom the angel will mark are the saints who receive the seal to be one of the 144,000 or one "with" them (2 S.C. 5:8:1); and that the "tares" and the hypocrites who rejected the seal will be slain by other angels: E.G. WHITE--"Especially in the closing work for the {Seventh-day Adventist} church, in the sealing time of the one hundred and forty-four thousand {saints} who are to stand without fault before the throne of God, will they feel most deeply the wrongs of God's professed people {hypocritical women and the men who marry them}. This is forcibly set forth by the prophet's illustration of the last work under the figure of the men {angels} each having a slaughter weapon in his hand. One man {angel} among them was clothed with linen, with a writer's inkhorn by his side."--3 Testimonies, pg. 266:2 (bold emphasis, braces added). E.G. WHITE--"To His angels He {the Lord} gives the commission to execute His judgments. Let the ministers {sleeping preachers} awake, let them take in the situation {and warn the hypocritical women}. The work of judgment begins at the sancturay {to slay the wicked in the Seventh-day Adventist church}. 'And, behold, six men {angels} came from the way of the higher gate, which lieth toward the north, and every man {angel} a slaughter weapon in his hand; and one man among them was clothed with linen, with a writer's inkhorn by his side: and they went in, and stood beside the brazen altar.' Read Ezekiel 9:2-7."--Testimonies to Ministers, pg. 431:3 (bold emphasis, braces added) And Elijah, the prophet that Sis. E.G. White said would come to the Seventh-day Adventist church, gave much more truth about this slaughter of the hypocritical women and their men by the angels: ELIJAH--"Thus is the {Seventh-day Adventist} church purified and thus are the tares {hypocritical women and the men who married them} destroyed {killed by the angels of God}. As tares they are burned; as unprofitable workers they are cast into outer darkness there to weep and gnash their teeth; as unfit guests for the wedding they are bound hand and foot and cast out into outer darkness; as foolish virgins they are refused entrance; as goats they are sent into everlasting punishment; as dragon's flood, they are swallowed by the earth. But the actual thing that happens to them all in common, is fully described in Ezekiel's prophecy, chapter 9 {the slaughter of the wicked by the angels of God}."--1 Timely Greetings, No. 21, pg. 14:2 (bold emphasis, braces added). ELIJAH'S WARNING TO THE HYPOCRITICAL WOMEN (MOTHERS AND WIVES) ELIJAH--"If you {women in the Seventh-day Adventist church} want to save your men {from dying in the gigantic war in Jerusalem}, then quit fooling with the Devil. Get to be God's true representatives {repent and dress as a true Christian should}."--1 Timely Greetings, No. 6, pg. 31:4 (bold emphasis, braces added). If the unconverted women (mothers and wives) refuse to repent, then they could influence their men (sons and husbands) to be unrepentant, and both will die by the slaughtering weapons of the angels. But if the women do repent of their worldly ways, be converted and rebaptized, and begin to dress as a true Christian should, and if they received the seal to be one of the 144,000 or one "with" them, then they would not only be saved themselves, but they may also save their husbands from dying in the gigantic war in Jerusalem. That is, if these unconverted men (sons and husbands) see their wives repent and are influenced to repent, be converted and rebaptized, and receive the seal, then they would also be saved. But if they refuse to repent of their worldly ways, and choose to live with their wives (1 Cor. 7:13) and tolerate the Christian way they dress, then they could die in the gigantic war in Jerusalem. If not, then they will die by the slaughtering weapons of the angels! If you want to know more about the war in Jerusalem, then click on--> STUDY.
